It is very rare situation to be in the hotel which looks better in reality then on internet pictures. This is the case! It is just perfect place to be and rest during your Rome visit. If you arrive by car, within 5 min range you may drive to Aurelio metro station with free parking. Studio is big and perfectly clean, with fully equipped kitchen and big terrace. Don't miss the breakfast!!!

If I must have to look for a hair in egg (ko razume, shvatice) I would say that I would prefer a cabin instead of a curtain in the shower.

Very nice small scale hotel / apartments in a villa. Extremely friendly and service oriented staff and very clean and nice rooms. We stayed at a 4 person apartment which with children 9 & 11 is fine. Hotel is ideal for exploring Rome without staying in the city. We left the car in the free underground secured parking of the hotel and took the bus and subway into Rome. Not ideal but a fair trade off if you like clean air conditioned rooms with a free car park and nice swimming pool without hundreds of hotel guests. Breakfast is good and is value for money. You are charged a one time fee during your stay for using the swimming pool, but you do get a bathrobe, slippers and swimming cap in return. They will take you to the bus station without any charge and will pick you up in 5 min after you call them. We would stay here again.

Good location, close to the centre of Rome. Excellent room, very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was very limited (typical continental breakfast) No bar or restaurant and nothing close by. Pool usage cost extra

Nice appartment, good for 4 people, nice looking pool.

We arrived around 5pm, had booked for 1 night. We had chosen the place for the pool. When checking in we were informed, that using the pool would cost an extra 12 Euro per person, allthough the pool was only open until 7:30 pm. So we skipped that. We then asked for a pharmacy in the area. The desk person told us to go on via aurelia direction civitavecchia... We never found the pharmacy. We felt "in the middle of nowhere"

This was a beautiful hotel - all new & modern. Clean and well organized and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely & very helpful . There was a transport strike the day we got there & the owner offered to drive us into town. They also offered a shuttle service to & from the bus stop down the road which was helpful for my elderly dad who struggled walking longer distances. Great location to get to the airport- only 15 - 20 mins away.

They didn't include breakfast in the price although that didn't bother us as we had a kitchenette & prepared our own. The location was a bit out of the way if you didn't haves car & weren't confident with public transport. Had to catch a bus to the metro it couldn't get tickets for the bus. Told us could get them on the bus but this was not so. Staff might consider providing tickets for clients to buy, especially if it's their first day getting into the city.

Very clean, with huge rooms and friendly staff, who offered to give us a ride to the bus stop and were very helpful in guiding us towards an easy access to the city. A rather cheap and tasty breakfast served in a beautiful dining room.

Unfortunately, it is a bit far from the city center, right on the outskirts of rome and it can be difficult to get to the main objectives. Also, the pool cannot be used befor 9 am andafter 6 pm which I found odd and limits the possibility of using it at all if you are in rome for the city objectives.

The personnel assistance was great! The room/appartment very comfortable and equipped! The residential area is very relaxing, specially after a day out in Rome.

Only remark: the non-frequent public transport to the place from Rome central.

The staff was amazing!! They definitely went out of there way to help us out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and great design and scenary that over looks the trees and facing West so you can see the sunset every day on the terrace. I would only say that for two young travellers with no car it was a little hard to get around because the location is on top of a long drive way but once you get there they have no problem taking you to the free admission buses which can take you to the metro.

the room alwasy very clean , and the stuffs very friendly , espciallythe reception boy , he gave me lots of helps when i live the hotel ,i would like recomand the hotel to others
